Beginning January 1, 2020, our office will be transitioning to a primarily electronic form of communication. Patients will be able to send messages through the patient portal instead of leaving voicemail or telephone messages. We are confident this will increase the ability of our staff to communicate more clearly and efficiently with our patients. If you have any difficulty accessing the patient portal please let us know so we may take care of this before January 1, 2020! Thank you!
Our new patient portal is active at this time. In order to have access, we must have your current email on file. You may have received an email from “DIANA O’CONNOR, DO PC” with instructions on how to access your new account.
If you have not received an email, please call our office and choose Option 5 to speak with scheduling to update your email address. You will then receive a new invitation to the portal.
