Welcome to your Family Practice Medical Home.  We are an independent practice that has been serving the needs of Oklahoma City for more than 25 years.  We are located in south Oklahoma City.  We provide a patient oriented practice delivering personalized, relationship-driven service and continuity of care.

The entire staff is committed to offering excellent medical care, as well as superior customer service.  Our staff consists of long-term employees who are highly skilled at providing patients with personalized, concerned care and believe that health care can be better.  We strive to make every patient experience positive, defined by the highest quality care, exceptional service, prompt and convenient access.

We offer comprehensive family medical care, sports medicine, internal medicine, and women’s health care at our location.  Our electronic medical records (EMR) system allows clinicians to quickly locate and maintain each patient’s most up-to-date health and examination records through laptop computers.  We also offer computerized EKG testing on site and provide a lab draw station to provide a single location for your medical needs depending on your insurance.  In addition to the medical care provided by a traditional family practice, our clinicians provide school sports physicals.

Please bring insurance card and ID to be copied with your paperwork. We require patient paperwork to be updated yearly, in order to best treat and serve our patients.
